Champy

Signature, Pinot Noir
Bourgogne
0,75
Red
Coming from Pinot Noir grapes from the three famed commences of the Cote d'Or – Volnay, Savigny and Ladoix – this wine has a good aromatic intensity with notes of cherries and raspberries. Aged in oak barrels for 14 months, 20% new oak, there are flavours of violets and roses on the palate leading to flavours that are subtly oaky and spicy. Fresh and lively in the finish with pure and fruity notes. Drink slightly chilled (13°C – 15°C) to take advantage of the pretty fruity and elegant structure. Serve with fish, shellfish, salads and white meats.
