Chapelle d'Ausone

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
0,75
Red
What a lovely wine - round, gourmet, fruity, spicy and rich. Made from a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, there are very forward black fruit aromas, pomegranate and spice on the nose. In the mouth it is creamy and soft, really delicious already with good balance and elegance. Everything is round and well made here, especially the tannins. Lots of drinking pleasure.
