Château Cantemerle

Haut-Médoc
5ième Grand Cru Classé
0,375
Red
Philippe Dambrine presented us a great Cantemerle: predominantly dominated by mature Cabernet Sauvignon (68%), thanks to a beautiful late summer, and some Merlot (23%) supplemented by Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. As a result, it seems more the reflection of the domain than of the vintage. In this intense garnet red wine we find aromas of young fresh berries with fine spicy undertones. While tasting, we discover a beautiful structure of cassis and mulberries embraced by spices. (ADR)
