Light purple rim, with a fresh nose of blueberries and peonies. On the palette there are perfectly interwoven tannins, a crunchy texture thanks to the high acidity surrounded by a spicy, minty note with black pepper corns and cedar wood. Thanks to replanting in the last decade, there is now more Cabernet Sauvignon present in this wine, making it more structured than before. (ADR)
