According to Jeremie, the winemaker at Château Chauvin, patience was the trump card of this vintage, which was marked by a warm summer: a choice had to be made between picking or waiting for rain for the ideal maturity. The rain came at the perfect moment, resulting in perfectly ripe fruity aromas of wild strawberries and cherries. On the palate you get an energetic wine with beautiful mouth filling tannins and a delicious length with some white pepper on the finish. (ADR)
