Château Couhins

Pessac-Léognan
Graves Cru Classé
0,75
White
A blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris, everything about the winemaking here is to preserve the beautiful fruit and citrus aromas without any bitterness. Skin maceration was used to lower the high malic acidity this year and only 20% of new oak was used for aging along with 60% stainless steel and 20% large wooden vats. A lovely wine with great persistence and purity.
