Gonzague Lurton is someone who, in addition to biodynamics, also asks a few questions about the past and goes back in time to resume its successes. In neighboring areas, he searched for several old "forgotten" vines to replant and use in his vineyards. He also had his 2019 aged 20% in amphorae and 80% in large oak barrels, resulting in a juicy wine with fresh plums and small berries, almost Burgundy style. When tasting, the velvety wine softly caresses the tongue with hints of strawberries, red berries and tasty blueberries. Only at the end do you feel its power: a truly energetic "grand finale". (ADR)
