Château Fonbel

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
0,75
Red
One of our favourite good value wines from the Vauthier family (owners of Ausone), the 2022 vintage is wonderfully charming and accessible. The blend is 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Carmenere and the wine is sweet, vinous, fresh and juicy with flavours of cherries, autumn berries and a touch of vanilla. A velvety texture leads to a generous, delicious finish. A good value wine with an impeccable pedigree to enjoy young.
