Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste

Pauillac
5ième Grand Cru Classé
0,375
Red
This is another fabulous vintage from this lovely estate which keeps performing so well. Made from a blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon and 22% Merlot with yields of 40 hectoliters per hectare, this is a lovely bright and juicy wine, showing perfect ripeness, lovely plums, cassis and vanilla flavours entwined with graphite and mint, creamy and fresh, great mouth feel, well integrated smooth tannins, great fruit, good length and composure. Very elegant, very Pauillac, very fine in the finish.
