Château Grand Village

Bordeaux Supérieur
1,5
Red
This domain is located in the clay and limestone soils of Mouillac in the canton of Fronsac and owned by the Guinaudeau family. Since a few decades they implement the same principles as at Lafleur, partly by using vines from their vineyards. The wine has a dark ruby red colour with a nose of blackberries and plums. When tasting, we notice a lift thanks to the spiciness of the present Cabernet Franc, interwoven with blackcurrants and a small mineral touch coming from the limestone soil. A charming wine, fully in line with the style of the Guinaudeau family. (ADR)
