On the palate there is an enticing peppery note from the Cabernet Franc (15%) combined with a perfectly balanced fresh fruity flavour, a fine creamy structure, tannins that are ripe and yet have a delicious crispy quality from the acidity. This wine is the icing on the cake for the 150th anniversary of the domain, where experience, precision and hard work are fully rewarded.
