Château La Grave

Pomerol
Primeur
0,75
Red
A poised and pretty La Grave this year. Made from a blend of 89% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc, grown on gravelly soil with a base of fine sand and clay. The grapes were harvested quite early (between 5-11 September) to preserve the crunchy, fruity freshness in the wine. Soft and fresh in the nose with an inviting perfume of plums and redcurrants typical of Merlot, which are complimented with generous tannins. Already so easy to drink and for those who love Pomerol, here is an open, attractive, soft wine which embodies the character of the appellation.
