Château Montrose

Saint-Estèphe
2ième Grand Cru Classé
0,75
Red
This year’s blend includes a high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon (91%), as the Merlot grapes were afflicted with rot. Quite intense, but already accessible and charming, showing fruity and floral complexity. The tannins are very supple and rounded. A very pleasing wine which will make lovely drinking in its youth.
