The 2017 Épicure Rouge has more personality and freshness than in the past. The vineyard is really coming into its own and Luc Guenard’s meticulous organic cultivation is producing grapes that have more natural, wild flavours of gorse, garrigue, honey and stone fruit. Luc’s natural winemaking is leading to less and less treatments and use of sulphur. We love this wine for its natural, juicy flavours and its forward fruit, brimming with character and richness. Drink now for the next five years, with relaxed meals, bistrot fare and barbecues.
