Brigitte Chevalier created her organic domain in Faugères, in the Languedoc, with the goal to make wines which were gourmet and aerian with supple tannins, and good expression in the lively schist soils of the region. Her wines express the magic of her adventure and the elegance of her soils. When she arrived here, she sought out north facing parcels with an altitude of 300 metres to preserve the freshness in the grapes.
