Domaine du Pelican

We enjoyed the 2017 vintage of this wine during the long Spring and Summer months and it was absolutely delicious served slightly chilled with grilled vegetables and seafood, salads, fish and chicken. Made from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Trousseau and 5% Poulsard, it is the cherry and raspberry flavours of the Pinot Noir which dominate here while the two Jura grape varieties add a saline, tart, savoury dimension which is exciting and fresh to the wine.
