A really good, everyday Chablis recommended to us by none other than our good friends at Raveneau. The wine charms with lovely notes of country fields, spring flowers and elderlower with a texture that is fresh, spicy and long. Sweet chardonnay flavours appear more and more on the palate. This is bright and vivacious wine with very good balance and persistence for current drinking.
