We know, it has been a while since we have last seen each other in real life. But today, we are here with some exciting news.

We have the great pleasure of inviting you to a fabulous winemakers dinner, hosted by Paul d'Amsellem director of his wife’s Domaine Christine Vernayfamous for its legendary Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu wines.

Come and join us on Tuesday October 20th for this unforgettable experience at Lys d'Or in Ghent.

For those amongst you who haven't had the chance yet to discover the Vernay estate, allow us to introduce it. In 1996, Christine Vernay, who has been making the wines for over 20 years, took over from her father Georges,  a pioneer in the renaissance of the Condrieu appellation and her grandfather, Francis, who created the Estate in 1940. Since then, she  has been forging her own path with style, precision, hard work and charm.

Today, the Estate extends over 24 hectares of which seventeen hectares are planted on steep slopes divided between three appellations: Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie and Saint-Joseph.

Organically certified, through careful winemaking, working and maintaining the steep terraces, regular replanting using the estate’s sélection massale to maintain the vineyard’s health and diversity, Christine Vernay has raised the vineyard to the highest standards. She is recognised for being an outstanding winemaker and   receives great acclaim and perfect scores.  Famous throughout the world, the wines are little known in Belgium and are just waiting for you to discover them.  

We are proud to represent Paul and Christine’s beautiful family estate and would be delighted if you could join us for this intimate winemakers dinner, where all Covid precautions and sanitary measures will be taken.

The cost of the evening is €150,00 per person all inclusive. The aperitif will be served at 7:30 pm.
