Coming from a 1.5-hectare vineyard composed of 35% limestone, Les Cras is a warm terroir balanced by natural minerality from the rock in which Chardonnay grapes flourish. There are pretty scents of white flowers, mint and blood orange which lead to a ripe fruity structure on the palate sustained by good minerality and intensity. There is excellent limestone structure on the finish which gives beautiful density to the wine.
