La Parde de Haut-Bailly

Made from a blend of 56 % Merlot, 30% Cab Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc. Lots of energy with fresh fruit flavours typical of the cool summer of 2014 and late growing season (picked as late as mid October). Fresh cassis, black fruit, good acidity, pretty structured tannins – elegance and purity. Medium aging.
