Making up 30% of the total production, this second wine from Haut Bailly has a very expressive nose of fresh blackcurrant and blueberry. The blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc produces a wine with lots of depth, impressive tannins and spice and good structure.
