This beautiful wine, reserved uniquely for restaurant clients is a little gem of a wine made by the gifted organic winemaker, Claire Lurton. Made from Merlot grapes grown on active limestone soil, the wine has a bright purple colour; a sweet, fresh nose with spicy red currant fruit; lots of vivacity with intense flavours and soft tannins, this is a lively fresh wine which is drinking beautifully now and will offer delicious drinking for the next five years or so.
