François is an expert selling grand cru wines and Guillaume works alongside Alexandre Thienpont to craft the wines of Vieux Château Certan. Just a stone’s throw away, Les Fillottes is their new creation. It takes its name from a small plot of vines on the Pomerol plateau where old vines are grown in clay and gravel soils.
