Een van onze vaste favorieten. We houden van deze wijn vanwege zijn frisheid, fruit op de voorgrond en zijn directe charme. Gecreeërd door Frédéric Brochet, professor oenologie in Bordeaux, is dit een precieze biologische wijn, zuiver en pittig met typische Sauvignon Blanc-aroma's van buxus, kruisbes en munt. Heel mooi en heerlijk toegankelijk. Serveer met garnalen, oesters en, uiteraard, geitenkaas.
