Prieuré de Montézargues (BIO)

With a new, sleek bottle and a chic label, this is the most elegant, organic rosé that we have come across in our selection. It is produced in Tavel, the only French appellation dedicated uniquely to rosé and comes from an historic 12th century abbey where old vines including Grenache (red and white) Cinsault and Mourvèdre along with a smattering of others are used in the blend. This is a gourmet rosé to serve with your best summer meals. It is fresh with aromas of wild strawberries and a hint of savoury saltiness on the nose that lead to an exciting taste of wild cherries, mandarin, redcurrants and a touch of peppery spice. We love to serve this in the fabulous magnum format which makes such a great statement on a fine table.
