Jan Pettersen started working with Fernando de Castilla in 1999 and in just over 20 years his bodega is considered one of the best and most exciting producers of high quality sherries. The Bodega is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Jerez. It has old "soleras" of the highest quality which Jan Pettersen is constantly improving to produce top quality sherries. Our decision to work with Fernando de Castilla was based on the quality of his sherries and the House's ambition to aim for the highest level. The tastings were great!
