Ulterior (BIO)

This wine represents Elias Lopez’s project of combatting climate change by planting traditional, late ripening grapes. Produced from Mazuelo grapes (known as Carignan in France) the aromas of this wine with their delicate, aerian qualities of wild flowers, fields and fruit are quite beguiling. On the palate the wine has flavours of peonies, roses and elderflower which lead to red fruit notes of redcurrants, rosehips, and wild strawberries. The wine is organic and pure with an attractive vivacity and saline quality. It grows in depth and stature towards a pure, rich finish. Serve a little cool to appreciate its elegance.
