Collazzi

Toscana IGT
0,75
Red
We believe that the 2016 vintage of this flagship wine produced from a blend of four grapes - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot - is the best to date. Our relationship with Collazzi dates back to the first vintages overseen by Lamberto Frescobaldi and made by Alberto Torelli; a small Tuscan producer with a great history and pedigree, Collazzi produces beautifully made wines that are not flashy or showy, but elegant, stylish, understated and graceful. It is warm, soft and spicy with lovely intensity and roundness showing the best flavours of Tuscany – plums, chestnuts, blackberries, truffles, aged balsam and spice. This is a stunning wine which glows with freshness and elegance. Serve with meat dishes or aged cheese. Drink now for the next 10 years.
