Château Latour

Pomerol
0,75
Red
The best of the lesser known Moueix estates in Pomerol, this superb wine is always a bit of a sleeper. Made from 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc on the 8 hectare domain, this wine is polished and racy. Dark very intense plummy colour, lovely fresh nose of black fruit, spice, very good acidity; lovely depth and concentration mid-palate; quite structured in the finish with lots of ripe tannin. A successful wine. Drink 2020-2030
