Domaine du Pelican

The wine that we have loved drinking this year is this delicious trois Cépages, a blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard grapes, made organically in the Jura and fermented in vats before being aged in oak foudres. The blend works incredibly well with delicious fresh berried fruit coming from the Pinot Noir, the structure from the Trousseau, and the generous depth from the Poulsard. This is a refreshing, gourmet wine with a good spicy, tannic undertow to offset the fruit. Serve slightly chilled to enjoy the fine silky texture as it glides over the palate.
