La Dominique 2021 is a blend of 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has an elegant, fruity nose of raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. The palate is round and rich with delicious flavours of fine herbs, ripe tannins, fine acidity and an aftertaste that comes across as tight and appetising, which leaves you wanting more. Located just next to Cheval-Blanc, this domain has been surprising us for several years and is one to follow to further discover the growing quality at this well run estate.
