Domaine David

Clos du Ferré
In the process of converting to organic farming, this exciting Muscadet with its tangy, salty flavours is a great favourite with us. Made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes which are vinified and aged on their lees for ten months. The distinctive, pure, and fruity wines from this well-known vineyard have notes of pear and almond with a magical, yeasty, umami undertow. Delicious to drink now with oysters, langoustines, and fresh seafood or as a summer aperitif.
