The vines were happy in the deep clay of this climat which were picked on August 27th as it is one of the latest ripening parcels. The colour is dark purple and the nose is sweet and fruity with notes of violets, crushed raspberry with a touch of spice. On the palate the wine is fresh and balanced, with soft, generous tannins. The wine finishes with a peppery reverberation.
