David Moret
David Moret studied viticulture and oenology but not having a family domaine, he started his career selling wine equipment to Burgundian growers, forming many friendships in the Côte de Beaune. He started his business in 2000 specialising in white wines. One of the new breed of independent négociants in Beaune, he buys smalls parcels of grapes and vinifies the wines in his cellars using about 40% new oak so as not to mask the flavour of the individual climats.
