Winemaker Vincent Dienst uses one precise plot to produce this wine, adding some different elements from other parcels to add depth and texture to this wine. Sadly, it suffered greatly from the Spring frosts in 2019 so quantities are very small. One is immediately struck by the precision which runs through the wine adding good concentration, savoury salinity and exciting fruit aromas of red grapefruit, peaches and limes with subtle touches of cinnamon and toast from the oak; (half of the wine is aged in oak). This is a Chablis styled wine with lovely structure and intensity that in 2019 has more concentration and length that the Gouttes d’O.
