Château Ormes de Pez

Saint-Estèphe
Primeur
0,75
Red
The key to the quality of this wine was timing and the rainfall in mid-September kick started the final ripening of the Cabernets. Made from a blend of 55% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, the wine is soft and gentle on the nose, with aromas of somber dark fruits, coffee, chocolate, and spice. On the palate it is very structured, with high-toned tannins, good reverberation and on the finish it is fresh and lively. A Classic St. Estèphe.
