We are always amazed at how much flavour and complexity is packed into this Muscadet; an appellation which for years was known just for producing citrus, saline wines. Here and there is ripe fruitiness with notes of pear and almond which is well matched with great energy and lively mineral flavours so that the wine dances over your palate. On the finish there is a magical, lingering note of yeasty, umami flavour which comes from aging the wine on its fermentation lees. Drink now with oysters, langoustines, and fresh seafood.
