Beaucastel is a construction site now for a new cellar, which will be ready in 2023, its being built in this magical setting where the knarled bush vines stand amongst the ancient rolled gallet pebbles. The wine has a deep ruby colour with expressive aromas of dark fruits, eucalyptus, mineral, truffles and plum. On the attack, it is very fruity and floral with notes of cassis, iris and peony. Beautifully rich with fantastic concentration and ultra-fine tannins. A superb vintage which shows impressive energy. More forward than the 2020 vintage, this charming wine can be drunk before it from 2024-2037.
