This is the rosé that we were waiting for from the Var. A rosé with character, fruit and flavour which has a pure salmon-coloured brightness, aromas of fresh red fruit including wild strawberries, rhubarb, lime and mandarin. There is good silky texture with an appetising saltiness and a long, clean finish. A great aperitif but also with enough depth to serve well with seafood, salads and light meals. Delicious.
